Sumitomo fusion splice machines and accessories must be evaluated and a repair quote be drafted by the Technical Services Center. Evaluation and test period normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Only upon your approval of the repair quote, shall the calibration, repair and parts order be done. Repair turnaround time is usually 3 to 5 days, while parts on order will take 15 to 30 days. A Limited Warranty period of 6 months is given for repair work and parts replaced
